Alexandoria is a single person run small business. This privacy policy will explain how the business uses the personal data collected from you when you use the website.
What data do we collect, how and why?
If you wish to purchase from us, we need information to be able to process your order and make sure it gets to you.
The data provided can be:
- First name and last name
- Full address
- Phone number if provided
- Payment information (Card information, mobilepay or paypal acounts)
This data is primarily directly provided by you and will be collected when:
- When you order a product on the website.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookie.
We collect this data so we can properly complete the purchase, send a confirmation email to you and ship the product to you. If you decide to accept emails about sales and promotions, those will also be send to your email.
We also need your information to properly provide you customer service, such as questions about your order.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
We will however share it with our current shipping company (Postnord), as they need your information to deliever your package to you.
Your information will be shared with the payment service of your choice (Paypal, NETS or mobilepay), otherwise the order cannot be completed. These services are provided by Paypal and DanDomain.
The collection, processing and storing of your data is managed by Alexandoria owned by Sandra Dam Hansen, Lønborgvej 4, 6880 Tarm. CVR: 36371994.
Alexandoria will keep your name, address and card information for 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
Your rights
As a customer with Alexandoria, you have the right to access, alter/correct and delete the data we have collected.
You also have the right to not let us collect your data. This can, however, prevent us from fulfilling your order.
