Copyright and rights
You cannot alter, reproduce or copy the products sold. The images on them are copyrighted and created by Alexandoria. The items are also handmade by Alexandoria.
Purchasing the items in the store does not give you any rights to the work.
Additionally, these are sold for personal use only. No commercial use.

Prices and payment
Prices are listed in DKK, excluding VAT (This will change) and shipping. Shipping is paid separately.
Payment methods include:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Mobilepay.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 7 days. This is because the items are handmade and most items will be made to order.
They will be shipped with Postnord and Alexandoria cannot be held accountable for any lost packages or damaged goods during shipping. As soon as it leaves our hands, we are not responsible.
Shipping prices vary depending on the package and are listed during checkout.

Reservations
Since the items are handmade, there can be small differences and color accuracy may differ from what you see on your screen. They are recreated as accurately to the original work as possible. You are not eligible for a refund based on these factors.
We are also not liable for any indirect damage, such as loss of income.
Alexandoria can cancel or deny purchases for any given reason. This can be for instance if the order is unreasonably large or if you are a known defaulter.
Refund and returns policy
If you wish to return an item, this must be done within 14 days of receiving your item. The packaging must be unbroken.
Shipping back to us will not be covered by Alexandoria, and will be paid by the customer. It must be sent to the address provided above.
The customer is responsible for the package until arrival and the refund will be given once arrived.
Right of complaints
Right of complaint lasts 24 months and must be reported in a timely manner, which is within 2 months of finding the issue.
If not reported in time or the item is handled improperly, the right of complaint is no longer valid.
Wear and tear, as well as minor differences in the item discussed above, are not covered by right of complaint.

Complaints about us
Complaints about a purchase in the webshop can be filed with Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain through www.forbrug.dk.
You can also use the EU-commission’s online complaint portal. This is especially relevant if you as a customer reside outside of Denmark in another EU country. The complaint can be filed here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
